3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal time: 5-30 minutes
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
3.3 Transaction Limits and Security
tk644 reserves the right to suspend transactions and request additional verification if suspicious transactions or unusual patterns are detected. If involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
tk644 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before accepting the bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus on the first deposit applies to new members. Wagering requirement: the deposit amount plus bonus funds must be wagered 10 times.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time after bonus activation.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- The same device, IP address, or two members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
4.2 Other Promotions
The terms of reload bonuses, cashback offers, or festive special promotions will be published separately with each offer. Multiple promotions cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
4.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses
If tk644 determines that a user has abused the bonus system, the right is reserved to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results
The results of all games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Once determined, results cannot be changed. If a game stops mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.

If the internet connection is lost, the state of the ongoing game is saved. The game can be continued once reconnected. However, if reconnection does not occur within the specified time, the game result will be settled automatically.

tk644 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Order from a court or law enforcement agency.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
7.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before making the request. There may be an option to reactivate the account after closure, but this depends on ongoing verification processes.
